Meeting/Event Information

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to a tour of the Preservation Centre (PC) and the New Preservation Storage Facility (PSF).

We will be meeting you in the lobby of the main entrance of the Preservation Centre at 3:30 p.m.

Here are a few considerations to facilitate and make sure that you enjoy your visit:

• Paid visitor parking is available at the main entrance.
• All visitors must present a valid ID to receive a visitor pass.
• It is recommended that attendees wear comfortable shoes as the tour involves a lot of walking on concrete.
• It is also recommended that attendees bring a sweater as some of the areas being visiting are rather cool.
• To visit the machine room, everyone must provide their own CSA safety boots.

To give you a foretaste of your visit, here are two promotional videos:

Following the tour, if there is interest, the group will go to the Centre Slush Puppie, home of the Gatineau Olympiques, for dinner and additional networking.
