P1 Consulting’s President – Louise Panneton – a 30+ year expert in alternative project delivery approaches will speak on the collaborative models available – including Progressive Design Build, Integrated Project Delivery, and Public Private Partnerships. Her presentation will summarize the different collaborative project delivery approaches; identify the criteria for determining the optimum delivery model for projects; provide a high-level overview of the risks associated with each approach and the impact of such risks; and will highlight the lessons learned in implementation.

Louise Panneton, President, P1 Consulting

Louise Panneton specializes in procurement and fairness advisory services, as a fairness advisor, commissioner, monitor and auditor. Over her extensive career, she developed the practices at P1 Consulting and supported public sector clients on the implementation of progressive tools and practices that have now become common practice. She only works with public sector entities, thus ensuring that she is not in a conflict of interest. Louise’s extensive experience in developing and running complex procurements provides her a unique perspective and the ability to identify practices that will help achieve the project outcomes. She is an excellent facilitator who can communicate complex matters in a manner that are easy to understand. Louise has developed tools used on fairness mandates to ensure consistency, including: a fairness checklist, conflict matrix, training material, and a procurement document validation checklist, among other tools and templates. Louise is solution-driven. When issues arise, she is able to draw on her significant experience to identify all options available to her clients.
